I have received word from Willy's friend Jerry Mehling that he had passed away on August 25, 2020 at

his home in Hartland, WI.  He stated that Willie had been working in his yard and came in for a nap

in the afternoon.  Family thinks he had a blood clot in his leg, he past away peacefully during his nap.  

Funeral Services will be at the Eckert funeral home in Hartland, WI 53029 on Sept. 1, 2020 at 

11:00 a.m. Jerry Mehling stated he would provide additional information as it becomes available.  

Jerry and Willy have been very good friends through the years since Vietnam.  Willy was also

a very good friend of mine and I know I am going to miss him.  God bless you my friend and 

I hope there are Casinos in heaven.
