More Sad news Tom Vernon
by Donna Fuller on 09/20/18More Sad News. Another close Brother passed. Tom Vernon passed suddenly with no warning this week from heart failure. He was looking forward to seeing all his brothers at the reunion. I have no other information at this time. I will post as I receive it. His wife and family are doing as well as can be expected.

AND THE WINNERS ARE!!! Congratulations to Fred Shepherd and Doc Chandler on being the winners of this year's reunion upgraded rooms. On another note, Doc Lee has visited with Doc Wike and has related that Doc Wike will be unable to attend this year's reunion. However Doc Wike would enjoy it if any 2/3 members could visit him. He is in a Veteran's home about an hour from our reunion site, all interstate between the two points. If you are interested in seeing Doc Wike, private message me and I will put you in contact with Doc Lee for directions/arrangements.

More sad news, I received word from Art Masseys caregiver that Art Massey, a long time member of our Association passed away on July 22nd. If you have any information about Art, please contact me as I am having a difficult time finding his Obituary. Our records show that he was living in Klamath Falls, Oregon. I need this information to provide flowers for our brothers funeral. May he forever Rest in Peace. |

Reunion From Dave Smith
by Donna Fuller on 08/06/18Gentlemen of 2/3, it is getting very close to the 23 August cutoff date for this year's reunion in Colorado Springs. So far we have 77 rooms booked out of our 80 room block at the hotel. I have contacted them and they may be able to make available a few more rooms, however all kings are booked so what is left will be queen rooms. The 23rd is the absolute cutoff for room booking. In addition, the 23rd is the absolute cutoff for the train excursion, so get your registration in by that date. Any questions, contact me or Art Ferguson. Semper Fi Marines, see you in Sept. for a Rocky Mountain high. Do not forget auction items!
